Sema flexible expansion joints and compensators, designed to absorb differences in alignement, vibrations and dilations between -40 and +800 °C, antistatic, food product, process...made to measure according to customer requirements

"STANDARD" TYPE

Simple, single layer, material expansion joints used on machinery without temperature considerations.

Fluid : Air or congested air
Temperature :-40°C I + 60°C
Pressure :+/- 750 mm CE
0ption : For easy application, the sides can be pierced and provided with straps or plates for tightening.

USES :

Air conditionning ducts for high-rise living accommodation and buildings.
Air conditionning ducts for buildings/companies receiving the public.
Entrances and exits for ventilators, air conditionning systems, cooling units.
Vibrating supply systems, drying, mixers. Recommended for : supply systems and abrasion.

"PERFORMANCE" TYPE

Single or multi-layer material expansion joints for use with heavy duty machinery. Fluid : Air, smoke or congested air
Temperature : -40°C / + 250°C
Pressure : +/ -2000 mm CE
0ption : For durability, the joints can be protected with deflectors.

USES :

Vibrating supply systems, drying, incineration, mixing, enery production, thermal engine systems.
Recommended for :
Projection of liquid sodium, supply systems antistatic and abrasion.

"PROCESS" TYPE

Single or multi-layer textile expansion joints specially designed for intense usage.
Textile expansion joints assembled.
Fluid : Air or smoke
Temperature : up to 400°C
Pressure : +/ -5000 mm CE
Option : To reduce maintenance time, bolts and joints can be provided.

USES :
Evacuation of smoke in case of fire, drying, incineration.
Public premises, tall buildings.
Special feature : developable shapes.

"TEMPERATURE" TYPE

Material expansion joints made from technical materials designed specifically for use on machinery with temperature constraints.

Fluid : Air or smoke
Temperature : up to 800°C
Pressure : +/- 5000 mm CE
Option : To allow for interchangeability between existing joints, they can be provided in bands with glue and instructions.

USES :

Production and economisation of energy, nuclear and thermal power stations, gas turbines, diesel engines, drying.
